AI Engineer – Content Moderation (Remote, EU)

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in content moderation to join a high-impact team. You will design and fine-tune models that ensure online safety, working with both text and image data, including sensitive and NSFW content.

Compensation: Up to €100,000 annually (paid via Deel)

Location: Remote, anywhere within the EU

What You’ll Do

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for text and image moderation.
• Build robust pipelines for detecting harmful and NSFW content.
• Work with large language models (LLMs), vision models, and multimodal architectures.
• Optimize training processes using experiment tracking tools (e.g., W&B, TensorBoard).
• Collaborate on MLOps practices in cloud environments

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics (Master’s/PhD ideal).
• Experience: 4+ years in industry (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer).
• Core Skills:
• Strong Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
• Fine-tuning/training models for NLP/vision tasks.
• Experiment tracking and performance monitoring.
• Nice to Have: vLLM, Stable Diffusion, cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure), MLOps.
• Mindset: Comfortable working with sensitive/NSFW content (including text, nudity, gore, explicit imagery).
