What's the position?

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead the day-to-day strategy, planning, and execution of brand marketing campaigns for Hard Rock Bet. This role sits at the center of integrated marketing efforts—connecting ideas, teams, timelines, and tactics into impactful, audience-driven campaigns.

This role is equal parts strategic campaign driver, cross-functional orchestrator, and brand steward, ensuring all marketing activations are rooted in smart strategy and executed with clarity and creativity. You will ensure all executions reflect our brand’s positioning, tone of voice, and distinctive personality. You will bring structure, energy, and clarity to campaigns—helping translate vision into action across awareness, product, and promotional moments.

You’ll not only manage and optimize current campaign operations—you’ll also play a critical role in helping define and evolve our brand positioning, messaging architecture, and long-term brand strategy as we scale into new markets and opportunities.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing Strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the strategic planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Go-To-Market Leadership: Partner across external creative agencies and internal teams to lead coordinated, market-ready rollouts of major brand campaigns.
  • Brand Stewardship & Thought Leadership: Serve as a guardian and champion of the Hard Rock Betbrand, ensuring all creative, campaign executions and end-to-end assets embody our strategic positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and resonate with our priority audiences. Ensure all marketing functions and business units are positioning the Hard Rock Bet brand appropriately.
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to shape and refine our brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging strategy—laying the foundation for future campaigns and market growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive integration and alignment across internal teams (creative, product, media, CRM, legal, compliance) and external partners to ensure campaign readiness and executional excellence.
  • Audience-Centric Execution: Ensure all marketing activations are tailored to target customer segments and align with associated nuances, interests, and engagement behaviors.
  • Market-Specific Strategy: Align campaign messaging and assets to market-specific dynamics, regulatory guidelines, and player preferences—working closely with cross functional marketing teams, omnichannel and compliance.
  • Agency & Partner Oversight: Manage creative agency partners from brief through delivery—driving clarity, feedback, and high-quality output. Hold them to high standards for output, clarity, and strategic relevance.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization: Collaborate with analytics teams to define success metrics, track results, and develop data-informed insights that improve future campaign effectiveness.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 6–8+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or campaign marketing with leadership in cross-functional environments.
  • Passion for brand-building with a high level of attention to detail, tone, and audience resonance.
  • A proven track record of launching and managing brand campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Experience shaping brand strategy, messaging frameworks, and positioning in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Experience acting as a brand steward, working across teams and partners to ensure fidelity to brand identity, voice, and audience connection.
  • A track record of delivering fully integrated campaigns in fast-paced industries - iGaming, online sports betting experience preferred.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong operational skills—you can build the plan, manage the process, and deliver on-time, on-brand work.
  • Exceptional communication and project management capabilities with the ability to drive clarity across stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with go-to-market processes, marketing calendars, and multi-channel campaign workflows.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, Asana) and campaign workflows.
  • Comfortable managing agency relationships and working closely with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams in a regulated industry.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep passion for sports and gaming culture, with an instinct for audience-first storytelling and community engagement.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making data-informed decisions under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative mindset, and a deep desire to innovate and make an impact.
