What’s the position?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and conversion. This role sits within our Performance Marketing creative team and is focused on driving measurable results through high-impact, short-form motion creative.

You won’t just be making things move - you’ll be making them perform. From scroll-stopping hooks to performance-optimized ad variations, you’ll create motion content designed to capture attention, communicate value quickly, and drive installs and conversions. If you love rapid iteration, creative testing, and building ads that win in competitive feeds, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Create motion graphics and kinetic typography optimized for paid social and digital ad platforms.
2. Produce short-form, performance-driven video ads designed to drive installs, registrations, and revenue.
3. Animate in-app UI screens and product flows to showcase features and value propositions clearly and convincingly.
4. Add captions, music, hooks, and platform-native elements to maximize engagement and retention.
5. Develop multiple creative variations to support rapid A/B testing and iterative performance improvements.
6. Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Acquisition teams to translate performance insights into new creative concepts.
7. Optimize assets across multiple formats and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1) to ensure platform-native execution.
8. Stay on top of performance marketing trends, emerging ad formats, and competitor creative to continuously elevate output.
9. Manage multiple fast-turn projects while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Performance Creative, or Growth Marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, direct-response creative with clear performance intent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience in performance or growth marketing (preferred).
• Experience in app marketing and user acquisition creative (preferred).
• Deep understanding of what makes short-form ads convert - strong hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and platform-native storytelling.
• Comfortable designing across multiple aspect ratios and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1).
• Ability to iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.
• Strong attention to detail while working at speed in a high-volume creative testing environment.
