About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead our channel-specific measurement and insights team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing marketing performance across individual channels — including paid social, paid search, television, radio, and emerging platforms. Unlike roles focused on cross-channel analytics, this position dives deep into the distinct performance dynamics of each acquisition channel, helping us better understand, measure, and optimize within-channel outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in B2C marketing analytics, with proven experience managing people and applying analytical rigor to both digital and offline reach channels. You’ll be empowered to build measurement frameworks, improve reporting granularity (especially in areas like TV), and partner with media, creative, and growth stakeholders to turn insights into impact.
Key Responsibilities
