About the Role

We’re seeking a Lead Analyst to help shape the future of marketing analytics through automation, AI, and machine learning at our fast-growing online sports betting and casino business. This is a strategic individual contributor role, sitting at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and data science. You’ll be the critical link ensuring that our data science team builds solutions that solve real business problems — and that our marketing teams adopt and act on those solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who combines a strong foundation in analytics with strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building scalable, data-driven tools that drive impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate Business Needs into Scalable Tools: Act as the voice of marketing analytics in shaping data science roadmaps and ensure outputs like models, tools, and automations are grounded in real marketing use cases
  • Bridge the Gap Between Teams: Work closely with data science, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to align on goals, share domain knowledge, and co-develop solutions
  • Ensure Adoption and Impact: Drive implementation and change management processes to make sure that when tools are built (e.g., ROAS models, bid engines, LTV forecasts), they are properly understood, trusted, and used by decision-makers
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Collaborate with data science to influence the design and application of advanced analytics and automation projects across areas like:
  • Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
  • Automated bid optimization engines
  • Audience segmentation and targeting automation
  • Creative testing and generation using AI
  • LTV and ROAS modeling
  • Geographic and channel-level incrementality testing
  • Promote Operational Excellence: Help define best practices for ongoing testing, validation, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement of ML/AI tools
  • Build for Scale: Identify and advocate for scalable automation opportunities that reduce manual workload and increase marketing efficiency

What are we looking for?

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related roles in performance marketing-heavy industries (experience in online gaming, sports betting, or similar is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution, and performance drivers (e.g., LTV, ROAS, CAC, incrementality)
  • Proven experience working alongside data science teams to shape or apply predictive models or AI/ML tools in a marketing context
  • Strong SQL and data wrangling skills; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
  • Ability to act as a strategic thought partner, balancing technical know-how with commercial intuition
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments
  • Comfort in ambiguity and excitement about building new processes, not just maintaining existing ones
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing and campaign analysis
