What’s the position?

As a CRM QA Coordinator within our CRM Sports and Casino team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and flawless execution of all CRM campaigns. This role demands a detail-oriented and process-driven professional who can rigorously test and validate user journeys, email content, push notifications, and promotional bonus configurations before launch.

You'll act as the final checkpoint before campaigns go live—ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience for our customers and protecting the business from errors that could impact revenue or customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Quality Assurance

  • Review and test multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app) for accuracy in content, personalization, segmentation, and delivery timing.
  • Validate correct language, and design alignment across all communications.
  • Ensure campaign links, tracking tags, and dynamic content behave as expected across platforms and devices.

User Journey Validation

  • Thoroughly test automated customer lifecycle journeys (e.g., onboarding, retention, reactivation) in CRM tools and ensure proper trigger logic and flow.
  • Monitor entry/exit criteria, conditions, and wait times to validate user movement through journeys.
  • Identify edge cases, broken logic, or conflicting messages that could disrupt the customer experience.

Bonus & Promotion Setup Verification

  • Validate CRM campaign bonus setups and configurations to ensure correct reward logic, eligibility rules, and payout mechanics.
  • Collaborate with CRM Operations, and Promotional teams to ensure bonus descriptions and T&Cs match the technical setup.
  • Test offers across sportsbook and casino verticals, including free bets, deposit matches, and free spins.

Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Own and execute end-to-end QA test cases prior to campaigns going live..
  • Use staging environments, preview tools, and test user accounts to simulate customer experiences.
  • Proactively flag bugs and inconsistencies, and coordinate with CRM Ops and Tech teams to resolve them.

Documentation & Improvements

  • Maintain campaign QA documentation and checklists to ensure consistent standards.
  • Help develop and continuously improve QA workflows and best practices for campaign testing.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years experience in CRM, QA, or Marketing Operations, ideally in online gaming, betting, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle campaigns and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimove).
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and testing best practices.
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting email, push notifications, and promotional journeys.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira,Monday, Confluence, or similar for bug tracking and documentation.
  • Knowledge of bonus logic in gaming (free bets, spins, wagering requirements) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards in iGaming jurisdictions (e.g., GDPR, RG requirements) is a plus.
