What's the position?
We are looking for a Brand & Integrated Marketing Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and flawless execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role will manage integrated brand campaigns—from awareness and acquisition to retention—across paid media, digital, CRM, content, partnership, product and omnichannels.
As a master organizer, strategic thinker, and collaborative partner, you’ll ensure our marketing efforts are timely, aligned, and executed to the highest standard in the fast-paced world of sports betting and iGaming.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing Strategy.
What You'll Do
- Project & Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end management of multi-channel integrated marketing and brand campaigns, product launches, state launches, and experiential activations—from kickoff through delivery.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between brand, creative, insights, product marketing, media and performance marketing, CRM, promotions, SEO, content, social, omni-channel, VIP, trading and compliance teams to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Calendar & Milestone Planning: Own and maintain integrated marketing calendars, timelines, and checklists to track campaign readiness and execution across multiple markets.
- Status Reporting & Documentation: Drive recurring updates, recaps, and campaign post-mortems; ensure decisions, timelines, and owners are clearly captured and communicated.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and sponsorship stakeholders to align deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- Campaign QA & Trafficking Support: Work closely with creative, brand, integrated marketing, CRM, product marketing, media, content teams to QA creative deliverables and coordinate timely delivery and trafficking for paid and owned channels.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing project management, campaign operations, or integrated production—preferably in digital entertainment, iGaming, or sports media.
- Proven ability to manage concurrent initiatives with varying timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of marketing campaign workflows, especially across paid media, social, CRM, and digital content.
- Experience partnering closely with Creative, Product, and Media teams, with a deep understanding of performance marketing and brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with sports, gaming, and/or regulated environments is a strong plus.
- Expert communicator with exceptional organizational and documentation skills — you can move from strategy to details seamlessly.
- Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, and Asana; bonus for experience with JIRA or marketing CMS/trafficking platforms.
- A proactive, detail-obsessed mindset with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and drive solutions.
- High comfort level in fast-paced, agile environments where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making data-informed decisions under pressure.
