HappyBoards is a growing NYC-based startup delivering joy through curated cheese & charcuterie boards, catering experiences, and creative food moments. We’re ready to launch a completely reimagined marketing website that reflects our new strategy, energy, and design philosophy.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We're hiring a Webflow expert who can lead the entire website project end-to-end — from visual design to Webflow development — to create a modern, premium, responsive marketing site with CMS functionality and modular flexibility.

You’ll be working with our founder to take high-level inspiration and content and turn it into a pixel-perfect, fully responsive Webflow site. This includes owning the design direction, component system, animations, and CMS structure.

💡 What We Need Built

• A modern, conversion-optimized marketing website (~10-15 pages)

• CMS collections for menus, press, events, city pages, etc.

• Subtle scroll animations and interactions

• Responsive layouts across all devices

• Clean design with modular templates for future updates (e.g., add new landing pages easily)

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Own the design and build process fully in Webflow (either start directly in Webflow Designer or design in Figma first if you prefer)

• Work with our brand elements and copy to create a cohesive, flexible layout

• Set up Webflow CMS and CMS-driven templates

• Implement beautiful but subtle interactions and transitions

• Ensure responsive design across all major breakpoints

• QA for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility

• Optionally: create Looms or documentation for internal team handoff

✅ Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years experience building modern marketing websites in Webflow

• Strong design eye — layout, typography, spacing, color, UX hierarchy

• Experience with CMS-driven content

• Can independently lead design direction without relying on outside Figma files

• Comfortable with animations and micro interactions

• Able to execute with minimal oversight and fast turnaround
