Front-End / Full-Stack Developer

Please note this is a 6 month position with possibility of extension

Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a Frontend Engineer/Full Stack to support our client in the tech and gaming industry. The individual in this role will work with The Game Developer SDK & Tools team within Xbox. Our client’s goal is to deliver the world’s best game development tools and services, from Xbox to PC to cloud. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated software engineer to advance the state of the art for game development across the gaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver high quality, testable and reliable code in a production setting.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix product issues in development and production.
• Provide high quality design and code review feedback for peers.
• Contribute to an inclusive, creative, high-performance team culture.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional coding experience in C#.
• Proficient in front-end development XAML, WPF and UWP or similar.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and YAML.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, security governance, compliance dashboards, and remediation workflows or similar.
• Experience in testing framework, test automation, infrastructure development, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in design, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work on a large codebase and willing to take on a wide variety of challenges.
• Proficient in English – both written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
