Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead brand campaigns, drive strategic rollouts, and build momentum across email, social, paid, and digital touchpoints. This role isn’t just about running ads. It’s about how all the pieces work together. You’ll collaborate with our creative, content, and leadership teams to shape how we show up and scale our impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Rollouts
- Own and execute full-funnel marketing rollouts for product drops, seasonal collections, and key brand moments
- Develop campaign calendars in collaboration with creative, PR, and digital teams
- Translate brand goals into clear marketing actions across organic, paid, and owned channels
- Work with leadership to brief, pace, and adapt plans in real-time
Email & Retention Strategy
- Map out email flows and one-off campaigns using tools like Klaviyo
- Plan storytelling and sales-driven content that matches drop cadence and product availability
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversions to optimize timing and creative
Paid Media (Support Role)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
- Prepare monthly reports to track KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Content Collaboration:
- Support the development and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Help brief ad creatives that match the tone and voice of organic content
- Work with external partners or consultants to track spend and performance
- Use paid insights to inform broader marketing strategy
Social & Influencer Strategy
- Collaborate with content and social teams to align marketing goals with platform strategy
- Identify influencers or moments worth amplifying, especially around new releases or events
- Support strategic seeding and community growth initiatives
Insights & Reporting
- Pull weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, traffic, conversion, email, and ad data
- Use insights to adjust strategy, propose tests, and inform future launches
- Maintain visibility across all touchpoints so nothing slips through
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in fashion or e-commerce marketing
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, email marketing, and digital content
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with seasonal drops and tight timelines
- Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Knows how to brief creative and communicate clearly across teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about brand storytelling, fashion culture, and digital growth
Preferred:
- Has worked in a brand with a drop model, DTC or community-led fashion
- Experience launching campaigns from idea to execution
