Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is not only creative and strategic but fluent in using AI tools to build, scale, and automate modern marketing workflows. This role is essential in supporting both inbound and outbound sales, driving growth through smart content, sharp positioning, and data-powered marketing execution.
You will work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams to develop compelling campaigns, generate qualified leads, and arm the team with high-performance materials for every stage of the buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Inbound Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads
- Use AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Surfer SEO) to create high-quality content (blogs, case studies, landing pages, etc.)
- Manage and optimize the company’s website, GEO, SEO, and organic search strategy
- Run paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) using AI-driven performance insights
📣 Outbound & Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop outbound campaign assets (email sequences, one-pagers, pitch decks)
- Build AI-assisted personalization workflows for outbound targeting (e.g., Apollo, Lavender, PhantomBuster)
- Automate prospect nurturing via AI-enhanced CRM tools like HubSpot
- Prepare sales enablement materials: battlecards, product FAQs, competitor insights
- Represent HANCE at conferances, expos, trade shows, and industry events to build brand recognition and generate leads
📊 Analytics & Optimization
- Use AI-based tools (e.g., Pecan AI, Clearbit, Tableau) to analyze campaign performance and buyer behavior
- Implement marketing automation and personalization workflows for scalable lead nurturing
- Regularly A/B test creative assets, landing pages, and outbound cadences to increase conversion rates
Ideal Background
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in deep tech, AI, SaaS, or enterprise communications
- Expert in using AI marketing platforms for content creation, SEO, outreach, and analytics
- Wizard with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles and pre-sales collaboration
- Strong grasp of technical product positioning and storytelling
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and brand tone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or business
- Experience in creating and editing photos and videos
