Data Scientist (Fully Remote)

What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven software systems and models
- Develop and optimize machine learning and NLP pipelines, including LLM-based workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define requirements, design systems, and evaluate architecture
- Apply best engineering practices: unit testing, version control, CI/CD, and peer review
- Run experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve model performance
- Work across APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
- Contribute ideas, research, and prototypes that push the boundaries of AI adoption
Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience (ML, NLP, data pipelines)
- Solid understanding of SQL
- Ability to read and understand basic C# / .NET code (small adjustments only)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Familiarity with API integrations and microservices concepts
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, highly agile team
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or AI development
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with ETL processes, end-to-end ML pipelines
- Knowledge of big data tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Solr, etc.
