Hamsarjo is a nikah-focused Muslim matrimonial app built for Afghans living abroad, in Europe, the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Our goal is to become the most trusted and secure matrimonial platform for the Afghan diaspora. Every member is verified with government ID and a selfie check, photos stay private, and families can be involved in the process. The app is live on iOS and Android in English, Dari and Pashto.

📍 Remote | Full-time, permanent (3-month probation)

🗓 Working days: Saturday to Thursday

The role

You will own Hamsarjo's growth: turning marketing into real traffic, app downloads and verified sign-ups. This is not a posting-only role. We need someone who runs paid campaigns, builds a trustworthy brand, and measures results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, targeting Afghan diaspora audiences in Europe, the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

• Manage the ad budget, test creatives, and optimize for app installs and sign-ups.

• Build Hamsarjo's brand identity and guidelines: a voice that is private, trusted and serious about nikah, never casual dating.

• Create a content strategy around real, trust-building formats: human voiceovers, app walkthroughs, Islamic marriage Q&A, educational carousels, and success stories (with consent). No AI-generated people.

• Find, negotiate with and manage Afghan diaspora influencers and creators abroad.

• Lead and brief the social media manager on editing, posting, and replying to comments and DMs.

• Keep the website, App Store and social profiles consistent in message, pricing and visuals.

• Track and report weekly: reach, cost per install, sign-ups and verified users.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing, with proven hands-on experience running Meta ads.

• Experience with app install or lead-generation campaigns is a strong plus.

• Fluent Dari and Pashto, and strong written English.

• Strong sense of branding and design; Canva or Adobe skills.

• Data-driven: comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, analytics and reporting.

• Understanding of Afghan culture and the sensitivity of marriage-related content.

• Bonus: experience with influencer marketing or diaspora audiences.
