Marketing Operations Specialist | HubSpot | B2B SaaS (Remote)

We're partnering with a growing U.S. - based B2B SaaS company looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who can take ownership of their HubSpot ecosystem and help scale their marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, optimizing marketing processes, and driving initiatives independently—not simply executing tickets assigned by others.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot Marketing Hub

• Build and optimize workflows, automations, forms, lists, and lifecycle stages

• Improve CRM hygiene, lead routing, segmentation, and lead scoring

• Develop dashboards and reporting that help leadership make data-driven decisions

• Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve operational efficiency

• Identify process improvements and proactively recommend solutions

• Drive marketing operations initiatives from planning through execution

What We're Looking For

Required

✔ 5+ years of Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation experience

✔ Advanced HubSpot Marketing Hub experience

✔ Experience supporting B2B SaaS organizations

✔ Experience with:

• Marketing automation
• Lifecycle stages
• Lead routing
• Lead scoring
• CRM governance
• Database cleanup
• Executive reporting
• Dashboard creation

✔ Strong English communication

✔ Comfortable working US business hours

Highly Preferred

• Salesforce experience
• HubSpot certifications
• Experience cleaning and optimizing mature HubSpot environments
• Experience working directly with Marketing leadership
