Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Halo and help shape modern, scalable digital experiences. In this role, you’ll design end-to-end products, build robust design systems, and create interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life—leveraging tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, and emerging AI capabilities.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, driving clarity, speed, and quality across client initiatives while mentoring other designers and elevating overall design standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile experiences.
• Build and scale design systems, UI components, and reusable patterns.
• Create interactive prototypes using low-code tools (Framer, Webflow, etc.).
• Leverage AI to accelerate design, exploration, and workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Mentor designers and contribute to team growth and design culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in product design (strong focus on systems and UI).
• Advanced skills in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience with prototyping and low-code tools (Framer, Webflow or similar).
• Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Advanced English level is a must.
