About the Company
As the Director of refrigeration products in France, you will set annual/quarterly retail targets based on Haier Smart Home's global strategy and the characteristics of the French market, break them down into various centers and grids, and focus on achieving the sales targets of mid-to-high-end product series to enhance market competitiveness.
About the Role
Market operation and strategy adjustment: By monitoring the sales data of the French market and analyzing the performance of the product structure, differentiated product strategies are formulated for different channels (such as Carrefour and Auchan) to ensure the market share and brand positioning of refrigerator products in the segmented market.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Department Coordination & Supply Chain Management: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Product Director, and supply chain team to ensure production scheduling aligns with market demand, while coordinating with TOS system administrators to optimize inventory processes to meet the specific needs of the Southeast Asian market.
- Channel Development & Team Management: Establish a localized sales team, train frontline staff in target management methods, and focus on developing alliance channel clients to enhance terminal sales capabilities and channel coverage efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Business Reporting: Regularly generate product line business reports, analyze target achievement rates, product structure health, and competitor benchmarking, and provide dual-line reporting to the APAC region and local management to drive decision-making optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in the home appliance industry preferred.
- Those familiar with the French market will be given priority.
