The Role: Accountability & Ownership

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you won’t just be "working on a codebase", you'll lead the development of end-to-end features, architecting how our AI insights are surfaced to users and ensuring the system is robust, fast, and intuitive.

• Extreme Ownership: You take full accountability for the features you build, from initial discovery with the product team to deployment and monitoring.
• Product-Led Engineering: You don’t just build what’s asked; you challenge "why" and "how" to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our users.
• Full-Stack Agility: You’ll move seamlessly between crafting polished, high-performance UIs in Svelte and building scalable, intelligent logic in Python.
• Drive Excellence: You raise the bar for the team. You champion clean architecture, automated testing, and a "ship fast, but never broken" mentality.
• Mentorship: You lead by example, fueling a culture of passion, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

While our stack is Svelte and Python, we believe great engineers can master any tool. We care about your ability to think like a product owner, your obsession with quality, and your drive to move the needle for our users.

If you have deep experience in React, Vue, Node, or Go and you understand how to build reliable, scalable web apps - we want to talk to you.

You’re a fit if:

• You're a credible Senior Engineer: You own initiatives end to end, provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, and raise the bar on what good looks like.
• You have a Product Mindset: You are driven by impact, not just lines of code. You care about the business problem we are solving.
