As we scale, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team.**Position Overview:**The Project Manager will oversee a range of projects, from new product launches to internal process improvements. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet our high-quality standards.Key

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure alignment with company goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
• Define Project Scope and Objectives: Work with stakeholders to define clear project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure all team members are aligned and clear on their responsibilities.
• Track and Report Progress: Use project management tools to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adjust timelines as necessary. Provide regular updates to leadership.
• Problem-Solve and Troubleshoot: Anticipate challenges and work proactively to address issues before they impact project timelines.
• Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards for project deliverables, ensuring they meet company expectations for quality, branding, and performance.
• Maintain Documentation: Document project plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project evaluations to maintain transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a product-driven or consumer-facing industry. Experience in health, wellness, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping everything on track and ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of the project.
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading teams or working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and pivot when necessary to meet company needs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,500.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
