Join our Finance team to provide actionable financial insights (e.g., ROI) that drive marketing effectiveness, optimize campaign economics, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication of complex data insights.

Day to day, you'll..

Model marketing performance relative to investments and make investment recommendations that optimize financial performance
Develop and implement data-driven financial marketing forecasts and variance analyses
Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports regarding marketing’s contribution to revenue and earnings
Analyze marketing data to improve ROI and campaign performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to optimize financial results.
Measure and optimize campaign performance.
Implement and manage marketing analytics tools.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Serve as the subject matter expert in financial marketing investment, performance, and analytics.

What You'll Bring To The Team...

Bachelor's required, Master's preferred in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
8+ years in marketing performance analytics or related role.
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis and financial modeling.
