Marketing Specialist (with Executive Support)
Full-Time | Remote | $75,000+ | Willing to pay more for the right candidate with experience
Agile Partnering is seeking a proactive, highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll lead the charge on keeping marketing initiatives moving by bringing structure, clarity, project management skills and momentum to our execution while also providing light executive support to our CEO.
We’ve partnered with Tobe Hester at H&H Talent Solutions to lead this search. If selected for next steps, you’ll be interacting directly with him. He and his team are working to set up Zoom interviews for the CEO this week.

What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Project Management & Coordination (75%)
- Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and maintain visibility across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives
- Use project management tools such as Asana, Notion, ClickUp, and Trello to assign tasks, manage deadlines, and hold contributors accountable
- Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and digital asset repositories with tools like Google Drive, Airtable, or Notion
- Use Canva, Loom, and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) to prepare internal and external materials
- Sales Enablement and support: Coordinate calendars, manage CRM follow-ups.
- Support cross-functional marketing efforts, liaising with vendors, freelancers, and internal team members to keep everything on track
- Help manage light campaign data tracking via Google Analytics, HubSpot, Ubersuggest, and SEMRush
Executive Support (25%)
- Proactively manage the CEO’s Calendar and Gmail, helping prioritize time and reduce administrative burden
- Prepare agendas, talking points, and background docs ahead of key meetings using Google Docs, Notion, and Dropbox Paper
- Coordinate internal communication and status reporting using Slack, Zoom, and Loom
- Process call recordings with AI assistance, and manage post-call workflow.
- Pull basic reports, summarize progress, and generate project update briefings.
- Handle NDA/document follow-up with tools like DocuSign, HelloSign, and Dropbox Sign
- Monitor task and commitment lists to ensure the CEO stays focused on top priorities
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, and understand executive support.
- BA in Marketing or related field
- Are confident owning the timeline, workflow, and execution across multiple marketing campaigns
- Have excellent written communication and can adapt to executive tone and brand voice
- Are a proactive marketing professional bringing new creative ideas to the table
- Are tech-savvy, resourceful, and quick to learn new platforms
- Can “manage up” effectively, keeping leaders focused, prepared, and accountable
- Thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with minimal oversight
Preferred Location & Compensation
- Remote position, working East Coast hours
- Compensation: $75,000+ commensurate with experience
