Software Engineer - Full Stack + MAUI

Experience : 5+ years of software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Strong experience with RESTful service development using ASP.NET Core Web API.
1+ years of hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms with intention to

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Software Engineer – Full Stack + MAUI to design, develop, and support scalable web and mobile applications using C#, RESTful APIs (Web API), and .NET MAUI. In this role, you will work across the stack—building efficient backend services, responsive user interfaces, and cross-platform mobile apps that deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to bring modern, high-quality solutions to life in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development (60%)
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Build and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI targeting
Android and iOS.
- Implement responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS,
- JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Blazor, Vue.js, or React).
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with an emphasis on quality, performance,
and scalability.
Collaboration & Problem Solving (20%)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, timelines, and delivery plans.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Support agile development practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
DevOps & Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and release automation using Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of the tech stack. Stay current on emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Strong experience with RESTful service development using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms with intention to
transition).
- Solid understanding of mobile development principles, including platform-specific
concerns and UI design for Android/iOS.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one
modern framework (e.g., Blazor, Vue.js, React).
- Experience with relational databases and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework Core, Dapper).
- Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying mobile apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Familiarity with mobile-specific testing, performance tuning, and crash analytics tools.
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization flows in mobile and web applications (e.g.,
OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms and related services (e.g., Azure App
Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault).
- Experience with push notifications, offline storage, and mobile lifecycle events.
