About the Role

We're seeking a Motion Graphic Designer who’s equally at home animating dynamic visuals and crafting sharp, engaging static designs. If you thrive on turning creative briefs into high-impact marketing content, and your portfolio proves it, we want you on our team - fast.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Produce eye-catching motion graphic assets for ads, social posts, videos, presentations, and more.
  • Animate typography, visual effects, and transitions using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring visual consistency with brand standards.
  • Integrate AI-powered motion design tools (such as RunwayML, Adobe Sensei, Kaiber) for storyboard thumbnails, style transfer, and batch versioning to speed up creation and elevate quality.
  • Use AI tools for background cleanup, object removal, and seamless versioning across video assets.
  • Apply feedback quickly and iterate to meet project timelines.

Graphic Design

  • Social-first design for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, with platform-native ratios and hooks
  • Design static marketing collaterals—infographics, banners, one-pagers, pitch decks, and illustrations.
  • Create standout social media posts tailored for each platform.
  • Use Figma, Canva, and leading AI-driven creative platforms (like Krea AI, Canva Magic Media, Milanote) for concept boards, mood exploration, and layout ideation.
  • Batch-generate variations and explore visual options using AI-powered tools to support creative decision-making.

Brand + Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to nail briefs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Contribute ideas in creative sessions; defend your design choices with logic and style.
  • Share insights and best practices for incorporating AI workflows into the team’s creative process.

Bonus: 3D Skills

  • Bring concepts to life with 3D modeling or basic animation when needed (Spline or similar).

Must-Haves

  • Experience: 2–3 years in motion graphics and creative design roles.
  • Tools:
  • Motion: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Static: Figma, Canva.
  • AI Tools: Hands-on with generative AI tools for concept boards
  • Able to integrate new creative AI solutions and plug-ins into everyday workflow.
  • Portfolio: Strong samples showcasing both motion and static work, with examples leveraging AI-driven workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge: Actively stays current with emerging AI creative tools, automation trends, and best practices for AI-aided design.
  • Design Knowledge: Understand composition, color, typography, and storytelling.
  • Work Speed: Deliver high-quality assets under short deadlines.
  • Communication: Explain design choices clearly; handle feedback gracefully.
  • Availability: Can start immediately or within 15 days.
