Senior Multimedia Designer

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Design multi-level projects within established brand standards for print and digital media.
• Develop creative concepts from idea to completion, ensuring a consistent, coherent, and impactful brand experience aligned with the target audience and brand personality.
• Collaborate with teams to build components for digital campaigns, websites, and microsites, with strong attention to UX design and channel distribution.
• Support additional creative projects and respond to business design needs while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare and package design files and images for printing, including image editing and formatting.
• Participate in ideation sessions, contributing creative concepts, design expertise, and constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer handling complex design projects across both digital and traditional media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in logo design, print media, UX/UI, web design, email marketing, social media, and display ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Highly skilled in multimedia design (videos and animations).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to high-quality visual execution across all media.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Creative ideas generator who can adapt quickly and meet core objectives efficiently.

Work Arrangement

• Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Manila time)
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City — beside Opus Mall and across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. The location is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
• Arrangement: Work-from-home setup with occasional office visits. Candidates must be based in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
