We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing team, with a strong focus on managing creative requests and project workflows. This role involves assigning tasks to designers, tracking deliverables, liaising with internal stakeholders, and ensuring all creative outputs are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for creative project intake, ensuring requests are complete, prioritized, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Assign tasks to appropriate designers or content creators based on project requirements, timelines, and availability.
- Monitor and manage project progress, flagging any delays or roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, brand, product) to clarify briefs, gather assets, and communicate updates.
- Maintain and continuously update the creative project tracker or workflow management tools.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of all creative outputs for future use or reference.
- Assist in developing and optimizing project workflows, templates, and process improvements.
- Coordinate leave schedules within the creative team and communicate potential impact on project timelines.
- Support basic quality control by reviewing deliverables for alignment with brand guidelines and initial brief.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a creative services, marketing, or project coordination role.
- Strong familiarity with creative workflows and working with designers or content teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or supporting a design/creative team in an agency or in-house setting.
- Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Experience coordinating or supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- A background in process improvement, production scheduling, or traffic management is a plus.
Work Arrangement
- Work-from-home arrangement, with occasional visits to the office as needed. Candidate must be located in Metro Manila or Nearby.
- Work Location: 9th Floor Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
- Work Schedule (Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM PH time) weekends off.
