Position Summary

A Senior District Marketing Manager leads and oversees marketing strategies and initiatives within the district or area.

This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent leadership skills, and the

ability to carry out innovative marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions

  • Manage District Marketing Managers for the District and Region.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create and manage district-specific marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve district goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

(digital, social media, events, traditional media, etc.) for the district.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts.
  • Manage the district marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and

materials, and that content created and distributed follows company brand guidelines and compliance

standards/requirements.

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing teams to align district initiatives with the overall brand strategy.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Generate and share actionable insights to drive marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Community Engagement and Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local media, and influencers.
  • Represent the company and its values at industry events, trade shows, and community activities.
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s
