Guest Ban is a hospitality SaaS company that helps hotels keep guests, staff, and communities safer while streamlining front desk operations. We combine ID scanning, a shared Do Not Rent network, and automated criminal and sex offender checks into one workflow that integrates with hotel PMS systems, reducing check in time, chargebacks, and repeat problem guests.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Full Stack .NET Developer to help build and improve our core products used daily by hotels across the country. You will work on web applications, APIs, desktop apps, and cloud services in a remote, product focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript
- Build and consume RESTful Web APIs, integrating with internal and external systems
- Work with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain WPF and WinForms applications used for ID scanning and desktop integrations
- Create and maintain Azure Functions and other Azure services as part of our backend architecture
- Use Git and GitHub for source control and collaborate through pull requests and code reviews
- Work with Azure DevOps or similar tools to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Debug production issues and implement robust, scalable solution
- Collaborate with product, support, and founders to quickly ship improvements that impact real hotel operations
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core
- Solid understanding of Web API design and integration
- Hands on experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
- Frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Experience with WPF and WinForms desktop applications
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and related cloud components
- Experience using Git and GitHub in a team environment
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or similar
- Strong debugging, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage your own workload
