Interview Processing Timelines from End to End

• 2 weeks

We are creating a next-gen shopping platform that rewards users with crypto when they shop online. We’re building fun, functional, and high-converting experiences that merge Web2 ease with Web3 rewards — and we’re looking for a standout designer to bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design Engaging Interfaces: Create clean, high-conversion landing pages, app interfaces, and web experiences that are both performant and beautiful.
• Own Visual Storytelling: Build a visual language that’s distinctive and memorable, optimized for high engagement and brand recognition.
• Banner + Social Assets: Design visuals for Twitter, blogs, email, and web — everything from promo banners to product launch graphics.
• Mascot Design: Develop our Panda mascot with MetaMask-style playfulness. Bonus points for creating light interactivity or emotional feedback (e.g. reactions to user actions).
• Dopamine-Driven Microinteractions: Think subtle confetti pops, character animations, or hover effects that make users smile — we’re all about frictionless delight.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, engineering, and growth teams to ship designs that look good and perform even better.
• Systematize the Brand: Expand and maintain our design system across all platforms and integrations.

Nice-to-Haves

• 3D or Motion Experience: You don’t need to be a 3D artist, but familiarity with subtle motion design or interactive visuals (like the MetaMask fox that follows your cursor) is a big plus.
• Webflow or Framer: Comfort with building or animating landing pages using modern tools is helpful.
• Future Design Vision (Optional): While Moso isn’t using a Moebius aesthetic today, we’re exploring other ventures and brand projects that will. Designers who can execute that dreamy, illustrated, retro-futuristic style will be highly considered for future opportunities.
• Web3 Fluency: Understanding of web3 products, wallet UX, and crypto-native design trends is a bonus.
