POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a part-time or freelance remote Digital Marketing Specialist to support our agency and clients through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be:

This role requires a high level of marketing expertise, self-direction and the ability to turn insights into action across content, paid ads, automation and analytics. This role also needs an understanding of faith-based organizations and the unique communications context they operate within. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy moving between strategy and execution and helping a small team make a big impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.).
- Own and operate MailChimp and HubSpot CRM: email marketing: build workflows, segment lists and report performance.
- Lead SEO, GEO and content strategy to increase ad and website performance.
- Monitor, analyze and report on website and advertising analytics using tools like GA4, HubSpot and platform-specific dashboards.
- Identify key insights and opportunities to improve conversion, UX and campaign ROI.
- Track and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Create social media content and manage calendar.
- Create or coordinate basic visual assets (Canva or similar).
- Write or edit ad copy, web content, case studies and more.
- Build webpages and make updates using Squarespace.
- Join client meetings to provide strategy updates or campaign recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelancers as needed.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success across multiple channels.
- Mastery of paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta, social media).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing and automation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web performance best practices.
- Deep understanding of web and ad analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in AI applications and digital tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Track record of smart thinking, a great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a remote, part-time setup.
- Strong understanding of the faith-driven, non-profit sector.
