Role Summary

Providing and prioritising extensive administrative support to the CFO. You will also provide (on request and ad hoc) administrative support to wider SLT.

Job Scope

Interacts with SVPs for sales, marketing, operations and legal.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Extensive and pro-active diary management for the CFO and occasional support to directs reports.
  • Email and action/activity management for you and for the CFO when required ensuring email and actions/activities are actioned in a prompt manner.
  • Conducting research and preparing any background materials prior to meetings.
  • Preparing documents, presentations and collating information for various meetings.
  • Conference diary management for events in international locations.
  • Complex travel management.
  • Ensuring that Expenses are well managed and submitted via the Concur system.
  • Organization of team sessions and quarterly reviews in the US and abroad.
  • Assist in “special projects” outside of normal day to day duties arising as part of the ongoing support to the CFO
  • Working closely with the various relevant departments across the company providing administrative support and diary support when organising meetings involving the Worldwide Divisional Heads
  • Working closely with the other PAs located around the globe and providing full support where needed
  • Maintain a professional manner when dealing with our shareholders, customers, and Analyst/PR teams.
