Sr Marketing and Business Growth Role

(Remote | Profit-Sharing | GTM Labs | Strategic Leadership Role)

GTM Labs is a marketing and growth studio helping early-stage Web3 projects scale through strategic go-to-market, KOL & influencer activations, community building, BD, and full-stack marketing support. We're now looking for a Web3 Senior Business Growth Expert to join us as a core strategic contributor, driving partnerships, client acquisition, and long-term revenue pipelines.

This is not a typical agency role — it's an entrepreneurial, business-first leadership opportunity in a lean, founder-driven Web3 growth collective.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic business development and growth planning for GTM Labs.
• Build and close B2B partnerships with DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Infra, Tooling, and L1/L2 ecosystem projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, KOL, content, ops) to position and deliver high-impact growth services.
• Identify opportunities for retainers, launch support, incubation, and joint ventures with early-stage startups.
• Represent GTM Labs at global Web3 events, Twitter Spaces, pitch calls, and through key relationships.
• Systematize lead generation, conversion, and client onboarding with scalable frameworks and CRM pipelines.

✅ You Should Have

• 4–8+ years of experience in Web3 business development, sales strategy, or partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape — who’s building what, and where value is flowing.
• A network of Web3 founders, ecosystems, VCs, KOLs, and communities you can tap into.
• A consultative, value-driven approach to selling, not just pushing services.
• Hunger to build and scale a boutique Web3 studio into a category leader.

• Start part-time or consulting, with a clear path to the core team or leadership

💰 Compensation

• Profit-Sharing Model (First 3 Months) – Earn commission/profit share based on clients and revenue you help close.
• Opportunity for monthly retainer, equity, or co-founder track based on performance and long-term alignment.
• There won’t be any fix pay for starting 3 months as mentioned above.
