We’re partnering exclusively with a pioneering manufacturer and systems integrator of large-scale Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) to find a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful execution of battery storage projects across Europe. Working at the intersection of technology, engineering, and sustainability, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering projects that accelerate the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for utility-scale and commercial ESS deployments from contract award to commissioning.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety, compliance, and grid connection regulations.
• Support procurement and supply chain activities, including specification and delivery coordination.
• Manage project documentation, change control, and handover to O&M teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, ideally in energy storage, renewables, or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of battery storage systems (e.g. BESS, PCS, EMS) and grid-connected assets.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engineering projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and contract management skills.
• Fluent in English (German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus).
• Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
