Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting team members to deliver great work and meet project goals.
• Running client campaigns from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track.
• Being the main point of contact for clients and building solid, long-term relationships.
• Guiding clients through onboarding to set the stage for a smooth partnership.
• Keeping everyone - clients, team members, and stakeholders - updated and in sync.
• Updating client hubs with progress, milestones, and next steps to keep things clear.
• Setting and tracking KPIs to make sure client goals are being met or exceeded.
• Preparing any documents, reports, or resources needed to keep projects moving.
• Staying flexible and adaptable when plans or priorities shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
