About The Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll help build Growthspace’s brand and drive business growth by campaigns, events, and Growthspace’s ambassador program.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Team and Revenue Operations to ensure we have the right marketing programs and processes in place to measure and optimize results. You’ll play a key role in building campaigns — including emails, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and more. In addition, you’ll create our event strategy and manage our Ambassador referral program to drive more meetings and sales opportunities.

You’ll work on a small, agile marketing team. You should be an execution-focused marketer who is excited about the opportunity to build new programs, find creative ways to get in front of our audience, and adapt quickly to changing initiatives in a startup.

_Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and drive deeper engagement with our audience.
  • Build the conversion strategy across our website and marketing programs.
  • Manage and optimize our email marketing, nurture, and campaign development programs.
  • Set up and optimize HubSpot and be the main individual responsible for building email programs, landing pages, workflows, and more.
  • Project manage marketing projects across a cross-functional team to bring clarity and structure to our work.
  • Analyze the performance of channels, report on results, and uncover insights on optimization opportunities.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Write copy and content for landing pages, email, and other campaign assets.

Events

  • Manage our events program, including partnering with vendors, aligning on programming at on-site events, and organizing Growthspace’s appearance.
  • Manage setting up on-site sales meetings and follow-up campaigns with Marketing and the SDR Team.
  • Manage the on-site experience as needed.
  • In partnership with Content Lead, run webinars and virtual events.

Ambassador Program

  • Manage our Ambassador referral program, including onboarding new ambassadors, creating content for quarterly meetings, and driving referrals and sales opportunities.
  • Meet with ambassadors regularly to increase engagement and identify sales and marketing partnership opportunities.
  • Be the point of contact for account executives to drive Ambassador referrals and expansion opportunities.
  • Join sales discovery calls and help to understand the challenges and needs of prospects.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in high-growth startups.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through launch across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Track record of implementing process improvements to create better cross-functional relationships and more impactful campaigns.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaign data to inform future decisions and optimizations.
  • Experience in creative concepting and getting buy-in on projects from senior leadership.
