Job Description: Full-Stack Marketer (Freelance/Remote)
We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Marketer with proven experience in technology marketing to join our team. This is a high-impact role suited for a dynamic marketer who can operate across the full spectrum of B2B marketing. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization. Whether you’ve been a one-person marketing army at a startup or a key member of a growth team in a tech-driven business, you understand what it takes to build and scale marketing engines that actually deliver results.
This role is flexible and can be structured as either a full-time remote position or a freelance engagement, depending on the right fit.
About the Role
As a Full-Stack Marketer, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle. From positioning and messaging to lead generation and sales enablement, you would need to get your hands dirty with all sorts of skills. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, product, and sales teams at our clients' companies to develop strategies that resonate with their audience while keeping a sharp focus on business impact.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can switch seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, and is comfortable working independently while also being an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Note: You don't need to do all of this on your own. You'll have a support ecosystem. But you need to own the processes and the outcome.
Strategy & Positioning
- Define brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to technology buyers.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Content & Campaigns
- Develop compelling marketing content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and sales collateral.
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and partner channels.
- Build content calendars and execute demand-generation campaigns that drive qualified leads.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts, optimize website performance, and build landing pages that convert.
- Run data-driven campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Set up A/B tests and track KPIs to improve ROI.
Automation & Analytics
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Own lead nurturing and scoring processes to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Create dashboards and provide insights to leadership on marketing performance.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Align with sales to develop targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials for business development teams.
- Ensure marketing and sales are fully aligned on goals, messaging, and lead handoff.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, or related industries.
- Skill Set: Strong grasp of both inbound and outbound marketing, including SEO, paid media, social, content creation, analytics, and email automation.
- Tools: Comfortable using CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), analytics platforms, and ad managers.
- Mindset: Data-driven, resourceful, and a self-starter with the ability to thrive in remote, fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technology concepts for business buyers.
