Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead design initiatives for a core enterprise SaaS product focused on the US market. This is a full-time, remote role offering a chance to significantly drive impact to the company and shape the product direction. It is an opportunity to work on integrating cutting-edge AI technology into the product & build the right experiences for the users.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience is a must have
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs from previous experiences with product companies
• Experience designing B2B SaaS products is highly desirable. Experience in HRtech or enterprise products will be preferred but not mandatory
• Worked on products/solutions with moderate adoption & scale
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• A strong foundation in the principles of design, user experience, and user behavior
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process for our core HRTech SaaS product from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and tweak UI/UX.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and advancements to ensure our product remains ahead of the curve.

• The job is fully remote
• Timezone: Ability to work in US time zones (6 PM - 2 AM IST) for at least 3 days a week
