GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Static and Video Designers! This role revolves in creating static and short/long-form videos for our client-partner's growing business.

Core Tasks:

Design for ad sets, social, landing pages, email, brochures, etc. (multiple versions for collateral)
Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
Create decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentations
Build templates for web page layouts/design; pamphlets and collateral materials for salons and barber shops
Utilize Google shared doc and trackers for project status updates
Add file to Drive, tag, and organize per relevant brand product
Collaborate with the internal marketing team
Collaboration in Canva

Must-Haves:

3+ years of graphics designing (static-focused)
1+ years of experience in video editing
Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator) - or similar
Experience in Canva
Experience in Figma
With strong attention to detail
With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to work on Eastern Time Zone

Nice to Have:

Experience in Beauty/Luxury Beauty industry (strong preference)
Experience in Direct Response - understand best practices for ad creative and email design
Experience with Shopify and PageFly
Background in UI/UX is a plus

Salary Range: PHP 75,000 - 85,000 per month
