We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented SQL Marketing Analyst to drive reporting, database troubleshooting, referral program validation, and operational support. In this role, you will blend technical SQL querying with marketing data insights (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) and support day-to-day operations.

📍 Remote | ⏰ 9 AM–6 PM PST | 💵 PHP 80,000–100,000/month

What You'll Do:

Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Analyze large datasets from marketing and referral programs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Perform data cleaning, quality assurance (QA), de-duplication, and investigation tasks.
Collaborate with marketing leads to deliver weekly reports and program updates.
Validate referral milestones, identify potential fraudulent activity, and ensure accurate reporting.
Manage invoice and purchase order (PO) processing for referral and incentive programs.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for key processes.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of hands-on SQL experience (advanced to expert level).
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Experience analyzing marketing data with a focus on metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
Availability to work full-time and a fixed work schedule in PST hours (9 AM–6 PM).

Bonus Points:

Experience with Snowflake, Segment, Shopify, Coupa, and Jira.
Background in finance or accounting processes, particularly invoice and payment workflows.
Strong documentation skills for process development.
