The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Multimedia & Presentation Designer to expand the execution capacity of the creative team at a fast-growing media and creator economy platform — turning approved briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished deliverables across presentations, events, social media, paid campaigns, print, and other brand touchpoints. A major focus of the role is building dynamic, story-driven presentation decks for creator events, sponsorships, and external-facing programs — often extensive decks where the content and story are provided and the visual execution needs to be elevated — alongside digital creative production for organic social, paid campaigns, and brand marketing. The role sits alongside art directors who own brand direction and creative concepts; you’ll be the execution partner who brings those concepts to life with a consistently high standard of visual craft.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Presentation Design: Transform provided content and storylines into polished, engaging multimedia presentations — building large decks for creator retreats, events, sponsorships, and external meetings with visually cohesive slide systems, layouts, charts, graphics, and animations.
• Event & Print Production: Support the production of event signage, print collateral, large-format materials, and invitations; prepare presentation and event files for digital delivery, printing, or live production.
• Digital & Brand Creative: Create assets for organic social, paid social, creator communications, partnerships, and brand marketing campaigns; adapt existing creative concepts into different formats, sizes, placements, and campaign variations while maintaining a consistently polished visual standard across all materials.
• Motion & Video Support: Support light motion graphics and basic video creative as the team’s needs and content volume grow.
• Production & Collaboration: Work from established briefs, brand guidelines, and templates; manage projects and feedback through Slack and Monday.com; organize working files, templates, and final deliverables for easy team access; and review all work carefully for visual consistency, formatting, spelling, and production quality before submission.

What You Bring

• Design Experience & Portfolio: Several years of professional graphic, multimedia, or brand design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, digital creative, social assets, and brand work.
• Advanced Presentation Design: Demonstrated capability building long-form, story-driven decks — including experience elevating content-heavy slides into visually polished, cohesive presentations.
• Tool Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with PowerPoint and other design tools based on project needs.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and information-design skills — with the ability to apply an established brand system independently without requiring detailed creative instructions for every deliverable.
• Production Discipline & Collaboration: Detail-oriented approach with the ability to produce polished work under limited hand-holding; strong communication, organization, and remote collaboration skills; and experience handling multiple creative requests and revision cycles in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience supporting events, conferences, creator programs, or large-format print production.
• You have familiarity with AI-enabled design and creative production tools.
• You have experience working with media, advertising, technology, B2B, or creator-focused companies.
• You have experience developing reusable templates and scalable creative systems.
