Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.
- Agenda Management: Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, meeting prep, and task reminders.
- Project Briefs: Understand and organize project briefs, identify objectives, engage stakeholders, and ensure execution.
- Reporting: Conduct weekly reporting and data entry on internal project boards.
- Feedback Gathering: Regularly connect with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
- Data Management: Perform ad-hoc data exports and update dashboards as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and copy teams to support project needs.
- Task Management: Capture action items, assign them in the project management tool, and track completion.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- 2+ years using Trello or similar project management tools.
- 2+ years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets (basic to intermediate skills).
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Background in marketing with experience managing work streams from start to finish.
- Ability to work GMT hours effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal communications.
- Experience working with an apparel brand, especially in the D2C e-commerce space.
