Email Marketing Specialist

The Role

• Build and launch email and push campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms)
• Execute and QA workflows, audience filters, and campaign setups for lifecycle marketing
• Personalize campaigns using dynamic fields, promo codes, and HTML edits
• Ensure all campaigns are error-free, compliant, and delivered during approved send windows
• Collaborate with the lifecycle team to interpret goals and bring creative strategies to life
• Support campaign performance reporting and offer insights based on engagement metrics

The Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with CRM/email platforms (Braze preferred)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end email campaign execution
• Experience with HTML for editing templates (not coding from scratch)
• Basic familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and audience segmentation
• Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool, SQL, or Hobspot
• Experience working with US-based teams and Slack for communication
