Who We Are
GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. Founded in 2021 and named by Forbes as one of the best startups to work at, we're a permanently remote team that runs on integrity, proactive candor, and a bias toward action — and we prioritize the human experience in everything we do. We hire for skill and for heart, and we invest in our people for the long haul.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-velocity Acquisition Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational glue for our B2B advertiser acquisition programs. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign workflows across SMB and mid-market segments, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from initial brief to "close-won" tracking. You won't be building automations or pulling levers in ad platforms; instead, you will be the master coordinator—submitting JIRA tickets, QA’ing creative deliverables, and aligning stakeholders across media, analytics, and marketing ops. If you are a HubSpot-savvy project manager who can anticipate the next step in a campaign before it’s even requested, this is the role for you.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Workflow Orchestration: Project manage end-to-end B2B campaign lifecycles, ensuring all JIRA tickets, creative briefs, and analytics requests are submitted and tracked accurately.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal media buyers, creative teams, and external agency partners to keep global timelines on track.
- Campaign Readiness & QA: Serve as the first line of defense for quality control; confirm landing pages, UTM tracking, and HubSpot nurture sequences are properly "wired" and aligned with messaging before go-live.
- Request Drafting: Use existing templates and messaging frameworks to adapt copy briefs and creative specs from prior successful campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Status Monitoring: Maintain a real-time view of all active workstreams, proactively surfacing blockers and providing concise updates to leadership through Slack and JIRA.
- Lifecycle Infrastructure: Coordinate with the analytics team to ensure campaign naming conventions and dashboard setups are established for accurate lead-to-opportunity tracking.
What You Bring
- Project Management Expertise: 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising project management, with hands-on proficiency in JIRA (or similar tools like Asana/Monday.com).
- MarTech Literacy: Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform; this is the most critical technical requirement for success in this role.
- B2B Funnel Knowledge: Familiarity with acquisition concepts such as lead scoring, nurture sequences, and the MQL-to-SQL handoff process.
- Exceptional Organization: The ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with a "don't drop the ball" mentality.
- Strategic Anticipation: You can look at a campaign type and recognize the necessary creative or tracking assets needed even when they aren't explicitly listed in the brief.
- Ad Platform Awareness: A basic understanding of LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads—enough to QA creative specs and identify platform-specific mismatches.
Bonus Points if:
- You have prior experience working directly with or managing external Media Agencies.
- You have exposure to Salesforce reporting or BI dashboards for performance tracking.
- You come from a background in SaaS or platform-side advertising operations.
- You have experience coordinating LinkedIn Message Ads, a key channel for our acquisition strategy.
