Sr Growth Marketing Manager, Organic

Salary Range for Role: $120,000 - $160,000

Growth Marketing Pro is looking to hire a strategic and entrepreneurial Sr Growth Marketing Manager. They will be responsible for building and productizing our emerging marketing service - Reddit Organic Marketing. This role combines people, process and strategy to build a high performing and scalable marketing service that our client, employees, and partners all love.

Growth Marketing Pro started as a leading marketing blog and has since evolved into a marketing agency trusted by top companies like HiBob, Cube, and Tavus to help grow their business. We’re growing like crazy, particularly in demand for Reddit marketing services.

This role puts you on the bleeding edge of what’s next in growth marketing. You’ll help build and execute strategies for clients eager to stand out in a rapidly evolving landscape — and you’ll be among the first in the industry to define what best-in-class Reddit marketing looks like. This is the first senior hire in our Reddit business line, so there is opportunity to build a team as we grow the program.

What you’ll do:

The Sr Growth Marketing Manager, Organic will be accountable for the growth and success of our Reddit organic marketing program. You'll be analyzing managing and creating tools + systems for our reddit account managers and influencers to deliver results for our clients. You'll create repeatable playbooks and SOPs for our account managers to follow. And you'll spend time yourself working directly with founders and senior marketing execs at VC-backed tech companies to deliver Reddit marketing services and support their overall growth marketing priorities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO or other organic marketing channels
• 3+ years of experience in a management position
• Strong written communication skills and a natural ability to craft persuasive, authentic narratives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Growth mindset and eagerness to experiment, iterate, and learn from performance data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Proficiency working with AI tools
