The ideal candidate should have strong WordPress experience while also being highly proficient with modern AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, and other AI-assisted website development platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern, conversion-focused websites

• Build and customize WordPress websites efficiently

• Use AI tools like Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT, and related platforms to speed up design and development workflows

• Create responsive mobile-friendly designs

• Improve website UI/UX for better conversions

• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and lead generation

• Work closely with SEO team to align business growth goals

• Handle redesigns, landing pages, and local business websites

Required Skills:

• Strong website design sense (modern, premium, clean layouts)

• Advanced WordPress experience (Elementor, themes, plugins, customization)

• Experience using AI tools for website creation and optimization

• Knowledge of Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles

• Basic SEO-friendly design knowledge

• Fast turnaround and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently
