Role Description This full-time Marketing Executive role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support GrowIT’s AI-first solutions and services. The Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify target segments to inform strategic marketing and sales efforts. Daily activities include developing marketing plans and campaigns, creating sales and marketing collateral, coordinating digital and outbound marketing activities, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance brand visibility and support revenue growth.

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, persuasive messaging across digital and offline channels.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or AI-focused organizations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
