3. 7 to 12 years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems/ software Engineer background and moved to LLM for last 3-4yrs
4. 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
5. Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
6. Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must.
7. Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
8. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
