Grow Your Staff is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for a US-based platform that creates customised footwear. This is a full-time remote position

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage high-budget ad campaigns for Shopify brands
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy, creative direction, and setup to daily optimization and scaling
- Structure and scale Google Shopping and Search campaigns for maximum ROAS and profitability
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy optimization to improve performance
- Execute creative testing frameworks to identify winning ad creatives and messaging.
- Scale campaigns strategically while managing retargeting funnels to maximize conversions
- Set up and maintain accurate pixel tracking, GA4 configurations, and server-side tagging for advanced attribution
- Analyze performance data to deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve ROI
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, ROAS, and campaign insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and creative direction
- Offer data-driven input on creative concepts and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates
- Contribute to paid media strategy discussions and long-term marketing planning.
- Prepare for a leadership role over time by mentoring junior team members and shaping the paid media roadmap
Requirements
- Expert in Google Ads (Shopping + Search): structure, scale, and optimize campaigns
- Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): creative testing, audience scaling, retargeting
- Comfortable managing the full process: strategy, creative input, campaign setup, daily optimization, reporting
- Skilled at tracking and attribution: pixel setups, GA4, server-side tracking, and ROAS analysis
Bonus requirements
- Experience blending paid with lifecycle marketing (email/SMS funnels)
- Familiarity with CRO or landing page optimization
- Exposure to affiliate or influencer partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3–5+ years running high-budget ad accounts for Shopify brands doing $2M+ in annual revenue
- Proven experience with paid ads- Google Ads (Shopping + Search) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience with campaign management and strategy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
