Grow Your Staff is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support a client based in Canada. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and a working knowledge of WordPress and lead management tools.
Experience required: 3-6 years
Location: Remote
Timings: 10 AM to 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
Requirements: 1-2 hours/day (subject to change based on business)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client/customer queries and ensure timely, professional communication.
- Manage and respond to inbound leads, emails, and messages with a client-centric approach.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets
- Assist in managing and updating WordPress pages (e.g., landing pages, blog posts, events).
- Help coordinate and promote webinars, email campaigns, and client-facing events.
- Support front-end admin operations for smooth day-to-day client interactions.
- Take ownership of follow-ups and ensure consistent communication across channels.
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic marketing coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer support, lead handling, or client services (ideally for international clients).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress (basic editing, posting, and content updates).
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently within the EST time zone.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on client experience.
