Graphic Designer

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Graphic Designer for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the team based in New Hampshire, USA.

Experience required: 5-8 years

Time: 5:30 pm IST - 2:30 am IST (Monday - Friday)

CTC: 9-16 LPA

Location: Remote

Type of employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Producer and design team to ensure the timely delivery of production-ready files
• Create internal and external graphic assets for products, brands, and advertisements
• Lay out assorted game elements to printer specifications
• Consult on design-related matters as requested
• Ensure all design tasks are completed within deadlines and allocated timeframes
• Create visual communication materials across sales and marketing channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proven 5+ years of experience in graphic design roles
• Strong proficiency in design collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient with strong time management skills
