Role Overview

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling to craft high-quality visuals for social media, logos, web banners, and marketing content. You’ll collaborate closely with the Design Lead and Project Manager to bring creative concepts to life across various campaigns and brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling social media graphics tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Create distinctive logos, icons, and brand visuals from concept to delivery

Develop engaging web banners, ads, and promotional materials

Support in building and maintaining brand guidelines and style systems

Work collaboratively with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure creative alignment

Keep up with design trends and platform-specific visual best practices

Ensure all final assets are optimized and delivered in the correct formats

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or freelance work accepted)

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and/or Canva

Solid portfolio showcasing social media posts, logo work, and banner design

Deep understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once

Clear communication and openness to feedback and iteration

Bonus Points

Experience in creating short-form animated content or reels

Understanding of digital marketing or working with home service brands

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Slack, or Notion for remote collaboration
