Senior Email Marketing Specialist - Ecommerce (Klaviyo & Shopify)

About us

Grow Mailers is an email marketing and deliverability company serving clients in the US, UK, and Europe. We are expanding into ecommerce and hiring a senior specialist to run that vertical.

The role

You will be the technical and managerial authority on every ecommerce account. You define the operations, set the standard, and sign off on the work. Our delivery pods handle the build, design, copy, and scheduling. You will also build the systems and SOPs that run ecommerce sales and fulfillment, working with the founders.

Responsibilities

• Define flow architecture, segmentation, suppression logic, and campaign calendars for each client
• Build the systems and SOPs for ecommerce sales and fulfillment
• Set the quality standard and sign off on all work before it reaches a client
• Direct and upskill the delivery pods
• Report client outcomes in revenue, not engagement metrics
• Support the founders on outreach systems, and join client calls as the technical authority

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in email marketing, agency side or working directly with ecommerce brands. Agency experience preferred.
• Klaviyo and Shopify: ecommerce automation, flows, segmentation, and product data
• Ecommerce lifecycle: welcome, abandoned cart and checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, back-in-stock, winback, VIP
• SMS marketing alongside email
• List hygiene: sunset policies, suppression, engagement tiering, opt-in form protection
• Metrics: revenue per recipient, AOV, LTV, retention, attribution windows
• Excellent written English, able to write and edit copy to a high standard
• Experience directing designers and copywriters

Preferred

• Email deliverability experience
• Experience with a second ecommerce platform

Location

• In-house in Kathmandu for candidates in Nepal.
• Fully remote considered outside Nepal.
